Twin Threads – Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Twin Threads, we are dedicated to delivering your orders safely and on time. Every outfit is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

For made-to-order or customized pieces, processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on the design and availability.

Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched promptly.

2. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, logistics delays, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on selected orders or order above INR 999.
  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout

4. Payment Policy (No Cash on Delivery)

At Twin Threads, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

All orders must be fully prepaid at the time of purchase through the available online payment methods.

This helps us maintain efficient processing, reduce order delays, and ensure a smooth shopping experience for all customers.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

You can use this to track your shipment in real time.

6. Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order
  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times before marking the order as undelivered
  • In case of failed delivery due to incorrect details or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply

7. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions or natural disruptions
  • Courier partner delays
  • High order volumes during sales or festive seasons

Twin Threads is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics, but we will always assist you in resolving any issues.

  • Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) must be borne by the customer
